I
often sit back in amazement at all that the Lord has blessed me with. We have
many programs here at Christian Adv
enturers
that involve hundreds of
children. I want to encourage everyone to visit our website and check out our
different ministries and
activities. When it comes to
taking on new ministry, it’s never a question of, “Do we have the money?” The
question is: “God, have You provided this new opportunity?” We have stepped
through every door God has opened for us, many times not knowing where the
funds are going to come from. We just have Faith in God as our source.
When funds are low, it’s easy to get worried. The real test comes when your ba
ck
is against the wall. Do I trust God to take care of me or do I try to figure
things out for myself. I have to ask the question, “Do I really believe what God
says in the Bible?” The answer is YES! I believe every word He says. If He knows
my needs before I even ask, then I have to believe He will meet all my needs
according to His glorious riches in
Christ Jesus! (Phil. 4:19). I don’t know how God will provide or who He will
use. All I know is God loves me so much that He gave His Son for me! He has
never let me down. I am praying for God to raise up people to invest in His work
and in the lives of children and teens.
Right
now is one of those times that our backs are
against the wall. Our funds are low. Please pray and see if God would choose you
to invest your time, talent, and treasure to reach children and their
families for Christ. I am praying for the Lord to send us 100 new
sponsors for our programs. If you are willing, please fill out the pledge card
included in this newsletter and send it back to us in the envelope provided. Any
donation will be invested in the lives of children and reaching their families
for Christ.
